Design

In term of design, Dell Inspiron 15R is very trendy. Glossy plastic lid and aluminum deck give it a premier look as you want to have in your laptop. There are different colors of lid available in market. The basic gray lid can be replaced by blue, red, pink and orange with additional cost. The Dell logo is on the middle of the lid and the Inspiron insignia shines at the bottom of the screen. The dimension of Dell Inspiron 15R is 14.9*9.9*1.2 inches.

Display

The display of Dell Inspiron 15R is standard. It has 15.6 WLED display with a resolution of1366*768.  Watching videos on this screen is really a pleasant experience because it provides rich colors. It also has integrated Intel HD graphics 4000 which gives a good experience of gaming. But high graphics games are not suitable in this laptop.

Audio

The sound quality of this laptop is really good, compare to the other laptops within same price range. Waves Maxx Audio technology is used in Inspiron 15R. It has four settings movie, music, game and voice. Without the Maxx Audio the sound quality of Inspiron 15R is really flat. The media volume should be within a certain range otherwise the speakers can be damaged.

Touchpad

The touchpad of Inspiron 15R is really sensitive. It has a 4*2.25 inch touchpad. There two mouse buttons on this laptop. Many gestures like rotate and pinch to zoom can easily be performed by the touchpad of Inspiron 15R.

Keyboard

Typing is really comfortable and easy on the keyboard of this laptop because the keys are separated by a good space. There are many keys that give direct access to play or pause any video or to increase or decrease of screen brightness and many more.

Webcam

The webcam is totally HD. It supports 1020*720 pixel video chatting. The Dell webcam software offers picture snapping, video recording. Many types of video affects can be done by this software which is included with Inspiron 15R.

Performance

The performance of this laptop is excellent because of its configuration. It has 2.5 GHz Intel core i5 processor. It has windows 7 home premium operating system. RAM is 6GB and upgraded to 8GB. The size of the hard drive is 500GB. It has four USB ports that make the laptop connected to the outer devices. If several applications are running simultaneously, the laptop will not hang for a second. The configuration of Inspiron 15R makes it one of the best laptops in market.

Apple iPhone 5 – Is It better than iPhone 4 or Not?

The Apple Company, once helmed by Steve Jobs, has always set benchmarks for the others to follow. Whether it was the Mac book, the highly popular iPod, the iPhone or the latest gadget to catch everyone’s notice, the iPad, Apple always managed to draw attention to their world class products and effortless grace. The highly popular iPhone, from the time it was announced, has always managed to stay in demand, owing to the fact that it was one of the first phones to have a touch screen. It has been many years since then, and 4 versions of the phone later, we have the new Apple iPhone 5 out now.

Despite its thin size, it pumps out oodles of sound and energy, through its dual speakers at the bottom. The phone has got brains too, the iOS 6! The voice enabled assistant, Siri has also improved. She also has other tricks up her sleeve, such as to book restaurants via OpenTable and see what movies are playing around you. Google maps take a backseat here and are replaced by Apple’s own navigation system, which is pretty good with its cleaner, friendlier look.

In the benchmark tests, the Apple iPhone 5 is 2.5 times faster than the Apple iPhone 4, as tested by GeekBench, which measures overall performance. Also the Apple 5 comes with 4G LTE technology support. Finally the apple users can test blazing high speed internet.

Although it has the same 8-megapixel resolution as before, Apple says the iPhone 5′s camera now captures photos 40 percent faster and offers better low-light performance. Also, the iPhone 5 has a slightly higher capacity battery of 1440 mAh (up from 1430 mAh) yet lasts longer on a charge than most 4G LTE phones.

To sum up things – if you say that the iPhone 5 is a highly polished version of the iPhone 4S, it is a back-handed compliment. Apple’s sequel is simply the most well-rounded smart phone money can buy. It delivers all the possible upgrades iPhone owners were expecting- 4G LTE, a bigger screen, better camera; inside a shockingly thin and light design that delivers long endurance. That’s an accomplishment worthy to praise.

A review on HP Pavilion g6t-2000

HP pavilion g6t-2000 is one of the best laptops in the market because it has plenty of excellent features like Dolby advanced audio, i3 processor and pleasurable keyboard with number pad. The price of this laptop is $479, which is very much affordable. You can find everything in this laptop what you wish to have in your own laptop.

Design

The design of HP pavilion g6t is classic. It has glossy plastic lid and rounded corners and the HP logo is in right bottom of lid, printed in white color. The desk of this laptop is glossy too. But the one drawback of the design is that fingerprint can easily be found on the lid if anyone touches it. This problem can be solved by choosing some bright colors like purple, blue and red with some additional cost. There is the silver power button on the top left of the desk above the keyboard. The weight of this laptop is 5.2 pounds and the dimension is 14.8*9.6*1.4.

Display

Watching any video on the screen of HP pavilion g6t is a good experience. It has 15.6 inch display with a good resolution of 1366*768. It has Intel HD 3000 graphics and for that the gaming experience is not so good in this laptop. Only low graphics games can be played in this laptop.

Audio

Listening to music in HP Pavilion g6t is really peasant because it has Dolby audio speakers that can make sound louder and clearer than the sound quality of other laptops. The speakers make a long strip around the keyboard and for that the sound is easily audible to everyone. There are three settings in this application movie, music and voice and those are adjustable.

Touchpad & Keyboard

The touchpad of this laptop is trendy and the dimension is 2*4 inches. Scrolling, pinch to zoom and rotating are also available in this touchpad. Two buttons are provided for left and right clicking.

The space between keys is wide enough to type fast, and the keyboard gives an experience of smooth typing though the keyboard is bit more left sided because of the numeric keypad. The keys are matte finished and made of plastic whereas the deck is glossy.

Webcam

The webcam of HP Pavilion g6t is not HD but it has the ability to capture photos of 640*460 pixels. The quality of pictures is not so good in this laptop. Video recording and snapping of picture can be done by CyberIink YouCamp software which is included with this laptop.

Battery life 

It has a decent battery life of about 4 hours and 40 minutes. It has a six cell battery.

In a price of only $489, HP pavilion g6t is a really good laptop. It also does not produce much heat and you also find it in different colours. So you have many choices though it has old second generation i3 processor.
